Greetings and welcome to Monday-Musings! My aim is for us to connect through these pages, where I hope my words resonate and inspire you. My lifelong aspiration has been to empower others in reaching their goals and discovering meaning and purpose. Following a twenty-five-year career in higher education, I embarked on a journey to become a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara, CA.
As a coach, witnessing clients step out of their comfort zones, embrace risks, and surpass their perceived limitations has been immensely rewarding. I have learned that sometimes, the pivotal moment lies in taking that initial step. Personally, I used to believe action should be fueled by right feelings – but I’ve come to understand that feelings often follow behavior.
Just take that first step, and the rest will follow suit. Your sense of accomplishment will propel you forward, igniting a cycle of success.
In the near future, I’ll be delving into topics such as “For every Yes, there is a No,” “The Power of Self-Talk,” and “Start with Why?” I invite you to join me on this weekly voyage of self-discovery.
Please, share your thoughts and experiences – let’s connect and grow together!
